THERAPY IN SCOTTS VALLEY: SUPPORT FOR YOUR LIFE
Scotts Valley sits right where the mountains meet the commute — which is a pretty good metaphor for how a lot of people here feel. You're holding a lot: work over the hill, kids at home, a household that runs on everyone being okay. When "okay" starts slipping, therapy is how you get your footing back.
TherapyWorks has cared for Santa Cruz County families since 2009, and our Scotts Valley office is a calm, private place — conveniently off Highway 17 — to work on whatever's weighing on you, without the drive into Santa Cruz or over to San Jose.

What can I get help with here?
Our Scotts Valley clients bring in the full range of what it means to be human. Some of the most common reasons people reach out:
Anxiety, stress, and burnout — especially the commuter kind, where you're running on empty by the time you get home
Parenting and family stress — behavior challenges, sibling conflict, and keeping the household steady through change
Kids and teens — anxiety, school pressure, social struggles, and the emotional ups and downs of growing up
Couples and relationships — communication that's gone sideways, or rebuilding connection after a hard season
Life transitions and grief — moves, loss, divorce, career shifts, and the identity questions that come with them
Our care is warm, grounded, and evidence-informed — practical support from clinicians who meet you where you are, not where a textbook says you should be.
Choosing where to start
We keep the entry point simple with three clear paths, and your therapist helps you find the right one:
Therapy For Modern Life — flexible, discreet support built for professionals and students managing burnout, anxiety, and high-demand schedules.
Therapy For You — practical one-on-one care for adults working through stress, transitions, relationships, or personal growth.
Therapy For Your Family— support for children, teens, parents, and couples navigating behavior, communication, and change.
