Exit at Scotts Valley Dr / Granite Creek Rd. Turn Right onto Scotts Valley Drive.  At the four-way stop, the office is located in the two-story building on the corner of Tabor Drive and Bethany Drive. The office is located on the bottom floor through the glass door.
