Her treatment approach is integrative and holistic, informed by clinical training and personal life experiences. Tessa has worked with diverse populations, including a wide range of ages, socio-economic backgrounds, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity concerns. She is passionate about supporting those in early and ongoing mental health, educating others and those in the community, breaking down the stigma around mental illness, and supporting individuals in creating a new normal. Tessa creates a supportive space where complicated feelings can be expressed and processed and believes that well-being is at the center of each person.

Tessa enjoys spending time with her Australian Shepherd x Border Collie, Penelope, going on adventures through the woods, rivers, and beach. She enjoys painting, writing, and socializing with friends and family on her time off. Tessa is an avid traveler and loves learning about different cultures through first hand experiences.
