She is passionate about supporting those in early and ongoing mental health, educating others and those in the community, breaking down the stigma around mental illness, and supporting individuals in creating a new normal. Tessa enjoys spending time with her Australian Shepherd x Border Collie, Penelope, going on adventures through the woods, rivers, and beach. She enjoys painting, writing, and socializing with friends and family on her time off. Tessa is an avid traveler and loves learning about different cultures through first hand experiences.
